About the Opportunity:
The FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER will contribute to a multi-disciplinary, agile development team responsible for building and maintaining full-stack Java applications deployed on JBoss within an AWS environment.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality software that supports critical enterprise systems, requiring collaboration across disciplines and the ability to address a wide range of technical challenges from user interfaces to infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to design, code, test, debug, deploy, and document software in an agile environmentDevelop and maintain front-end and back-end components, including UI, APIs, and data layersBuild and maintain Java applications and services with deployment and configuration on JBoss/WildFly serversDeploy, configure, and support application infrastructure within AWSWork alongside Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UX Researchers, Designers, and Product ManagersAddress diverse technical problems across the software stack
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of development experience in enterprise environmentsStrong ability to learn new technologies rapidlyProficient in writing efficient, high-quality codeExperience with Test-Driven DevelopmentFamiliarity with Agile development and mindsetAt least five years working with Java and building full-stack applicationsExperience deploying and configuring applications on JBoss serversHands-on experience with AWS EC2 and cloud application supportKnowledge of Jakarta Server Pages for frontend developmentFamiliarity with SQL databasesExperience working with SOAP APIs
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000
