Description

About Yara Yara is building the future of finding work. Most hiring tools are stuck in the 90s and AI is making it worse, not better. More spam, more noise, more generic outreach that wastes everyone's time. We're reworking how people find their next role with one profile that actually shows your work, smart matching that puts you in front of the right companies, and a real person on the other side who cares about getting it right. We work with companies across AI, developer tools, consumer, fintech, and health tech, ranging from teams that have raised $1B+ with 3,000+ employees to earlier stage companies at $50M+ with 100+ employees. We've helped talent from Google, Apple, Palantir, Uber, and Ramp connect with companies like Vercel, Paraform, Abridge, and Parallel. About this role AI-native companies in the Yara Network are hiring applied ML engineers onto remote teams across the US. The work is production LLM systems for real customers: agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval, evals, and the model-side engineering that makes an AI product trustworthy in finance and enterprise settings. Who this is for You've shipped something LLM-powered that real people used, and you own the model side of it.You know the difference between a wrapper and a system, because you've had to fix the wrapper. You work well remotely: clear writing, async by default, and shipped work that speaks for you.Your ML work sits on real engineering fundamentals, and interviews confirm it.You want to work at the companies defining this wave, on the team that owns the models. You may be a good fit if you have 3 to 10 years in software or ML engineering with production LLM systems in the last twoPython, plus strong fundamentals in TypeScript or GoAgent systems in production: orchestration, tool-calling, retrieval, evals, human-in-the-loopFine-tuning, distillation, or inference optimization experience is a strong plusYou're based in the USLinks to anything agentic you've built If we don't move forward together, you can still use your Yara to list your work, browse millions of roles, manage your job search, and stay in our network for when something new comes up. This is a Yara Network Application. Apply once and get matched across our partner companies.
