AI Engineer (Senior Level) Rotterdam | €140,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits This is a rare opportunity to operate at founder level within a high growth business undergoing a full AI transformation. You will work directly alongside leadership to rebuild a profitable, scaled platform with AI at its core, owning what gets built and how it drives commercial impact. AI is not an experiment here, it is central to how the business is being rebuilt across product, pricing and customer experience. The environment is hands on, with no layers and a strong focus on delivering impact quickly. The Role You will act as a founding level individual contributor, identifying and building the most valuable AI opportunities across the business.
