Software Engineer

Sydney | Full-time | TSPV clearance required | On Site Cleared Recruitment are looking for a Software Engineer to join a technically focused engineering team working on specialist systems in a high-security environment. About the role Develop and maintain software across embedded environments. Build internal tools and automation to support engineering and test activities. Contribute to system integration, testing and troubleshooting. Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions. Take ownership of technical problems and contribute to the ongoing development of engineering capability. About you We're looking for someone with: Professional experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline. Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as C, C++, Python, Go or C#. Expzrience with Linux, embedded systems or hardware/software integration. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a small team. Good communication and technical documentation skills. Experience across embedded software, systems engineering, test automation or electronics would be advantageous.
