Staff Full Stack Data Analyst, Staff Data Analyst 9-12 Month Contract, Remote or Hybrid from the UK We're supporting a high-growth tech business looking for a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to join a mature Data & AI team. You'll partner with senior commercial leaders to drive decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, growth, and customer success, whilst owning key analytics and analytics engineering initiatives. You'll be responsible for: Owning the analytics architecture that underpins commercial and customer lifecycle reportingDefining and governing key business and GTM metricsTurning complex stakeholder questions into actionable data insightsDelivering deep analysis on customer behaviour, retention, growth, and commercial performanceDriving improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting standardsBuilding analytics solutions that enable self-service reporting and AI-driven insightsMentoring analysts and helping raise standards across the wider data function Key Skills: ✅ SQL & dbt expert ✅ BigQuery experience ✅ Looker / LookML ✅ Commercial & GTM analytics ✅ Stakeholder management at senior level ✅ Analytics Engineering background Nice to Have: ➕ HubSpot, Zuora or Vitally ➕ Python ➕ Experimentation / A/B Testing ➕ AI-enabled analytics experience This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior hands-on analyst who can quickly embed into a business, influence strategy, and deliver real commercial impact from day one.
