Role: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer Location: 🇵🇱 Poland (Remote), 🇬🇪 Georgia (Remote) Contract Type: B2B Employment Type: Full-Time ResponsibilitiesOwn the quality assurance process for Salesforce projects and features from requirements analysis through release.Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions.Review business and technical requirements, identify gaps and risks, and ensure sufficient test coverage.Validate Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, custom development, and business processes.Test Salesforce automation, including Flows, approval processes, validation rules, scheduled automation, and other declarative functionality.Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.Participate in refinement, planning, solution discussions, release preparation, and deployment validation activities.Ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements, quality standards, and Salesforce best practices.Improve QA processes, testing standards, automation coverage, documentation, and overall quality practices within the team.Support and mentor less experienced QA Engineers when required.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and changes that may impact testing approaches. RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of professional Quality Assurance experience, including significant hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.Strong understanding of Salesforce automation capabilities, including Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, scheduled flows, approval processes, validation rules, and other declarative automation.Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, security, and data access models.Strong experience designing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and complex end-to-end testing scenarios.Ability to independently analyze requirements, identify edge cases, assess risks, and define appropriate test coverage.Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and external systems.Strong understanding of regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing practices.Experience with Salesforce release management and deployment processes.Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps and release management tools.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to take ownership of quality and work independently within complex projects.English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and distributed teams. Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.Additional Salesforce certifications are an advantage.Experience implementing or maintaining automated regression tests for Salesforce applications.Experience with test automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, Playwright, or similar solutions.Ability to identify suitable scenarios for automation and design maintainable automated test suites.Understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce metadata, APIs, and deployment processes.Experience reviewing Apex test coverage and understanding Salesforce development concepts.Experience with CI/CD processes, Copado pipelines, automated deployments, and automated testing within Salesforce delivery pipelines.Previous experience working directly with clients across the EU, US, or UAE.Experience mentoring QA Engineers or improving QA processes within a delivery team.Strong Salesforce-specific QA experience is highly valued.
