Role Description: We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Product Owner (TPO) to take full ownership of delivering high-impact Salesforce initiatives for the Salesforce team.
You will act as a delivery owner, technical translator, and trusted advisor - bridging business goals with scalable Salesforce solutions while driving execution end-to-end.
What you'll be doing
Own delivery end-to-end
Lead Salesforce initiatives from discovery to releaseDefine timelines, manage risks, and commit to delivery milestonesRemove blockers and escalate when needed to keep things moving
Turn ideas into executable work
Translate business needs into Epics and User StoriesEnsure backlog is clear, prioritised, and ready for developmentBalance business value with technical dependencies
Challenge and shape solutions
Work with stakeholders to understand the real objective behind requestsChallenge assumptions and propose best-fit Salesforce solutions (standard vs custom)Act as a trusted advisor, not just a requirements taker
Collaborate with technical teams
Partner with Developers, QA, and Architects to refine and deliver solutionsEnsure designs follow Salesforce best practicesStay close to implementation to ensure quality and alignment
Drive agile delivery

What we're looking for
