For our client from the automotive industry, we are looking for a Data Engineer with strong software engineering skills to join the team responsible for the development and further scaling of a strategic reporting and access management platform.
The role combines Data Engineering, Cloud infrastructure and software development.
You will work with Databricks and cloud solutions, while also supporting the development and automation of the client's platform, which is already operational and moving into its next stage of adoption across the business.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain data engineering solutions using Databricks.Support and further develop Cloud infrastructure, including infrastructure setup within the client's cloud environment.Complete and stabilize the administration capabilities of the client's platform.Enable delegated user and access administration.Automate processes and eliminate manual operational activities.Support the continued rollout and business adoption of the platform.Contribute to web development using .NET.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Help improve the scalability, stability and long-term maintainability of the platform.
What we're looking for:
Strong experience in Data Engineering, particularly with Databricks.Experience with Cloud infrastructure and cloud-based environments.Software engineering skills and experience with .NET / web development.Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.Ability to work across data engineering, infrastructure and application development areas.Experience working with production solutions where scalability, automation and platform stability are important.Ability to work independently and collaborate in a complex technical environment.
