Engineers - Modern Workplace Deployment
Role Overview
Cue-X are seeking experienced Senior Engineer Consultants to support the design, build, implementation and transition of enterprise technology solutions as part of a large-scale transformation program.
Working within multidisciplinary technical teams, Senior Engineers will contribute specialist expertise in Modern Workplace Deployment.
Due to the nature of the work, You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered with an active AGSVA security clearance highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, configure and implement enterprise technology solutions within Modern Workplace Deployment.Develop and maintain technical configurations, standards, build documentation and operational procedures.Support Microsoft Intune, Windows SOE and Windows 365 environments.Configure endpoint management, device compliance, security policies and application deployment.Support enterprise networking and telecommunications capabilities.Undertake technical testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and remediation.Work closely with architects, technical leads, cyber security, infrastructure and EUC teams to resolve dependencies and technical issues.Support transition, operational readiness and hypercare activities.Produce high quality technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.Ensure solutions align with approved architecture, cyber security and organisational requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Candidates will have demonstrated engineering experience in Modern Workplace Development and Deployment.
Candidates should also demonstrate experience working within large, complex enterprise ICT environments, strong troubleshooting and analytical capability, an understanding of structured change and release processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
