Responsibilities: Manage multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS (Terraform), Azure, Cloudflare, and on-premise servers, with an emphasis on secure and auditable accessRun and tune production EKS clusters including Karpenter node provisioning, taints/tolerations, dedicated node pools, and resource governanceExtend our CI/CD and GitOps delivery model on GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, including progressive delivery with Argo Rollouts, and build tooling that removes manual operational workOperate Kafka (Strimzi), RabbitMQ clusters, and MQTT messaging infrastructureDesign and maintain Grafana dashboards and alert rules across services, and manage the alerting pipeline in OpsGenieSupport PostgreSQL environments including replication health, indexing, grant/role management, and safe schema changes alongside backend teamsSupport MT4/MT5 trading services and payment-provider integrations including withdrawal/deposit flows and failover behaviour during upstream incidentsApply least-privilege security across cloud accounts and internal services, and run secrets management and supply-chain security using External Secrets, IAM, Managed Identities, and OIDC-based deploysJoin the on-call rotation and lead root-cause investigations across OOM/SIGKILL crashes, unbounded queries, and cascading queue backlogs using Grafana, Loki, and PrometheusPartner with backend, data, and product teams to turn operational findings into infrastructure and process improvements Requirements: 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role, ideally in fintech, trading, or a high-availability, transaction-sensitive environmentHands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including debugging performance and stability issues under real loadDeep working knowledge of AWS including VPC design, EKS, EC2, and networking, with a least-privilege IAM mindsetStrong Terraform skills — modules, state management, multi-account and multi-environment layouts — and CI/CD with GitHub ActionsProficiency with an observability stack such as Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus for dashboards, alerts, and incident investigationSolid across Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat) and Windows ServerHands-on with at least one of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging infrastructureScripting proficiency in Python, Go, or BashMethodical root-cause analysis under time pressure and clear written postmortemsComfortable working across engineering and operations with broad scope Nice to Have: Experience in financial services, regulated environments, or exposure to MT4/MT5 trading infrastructureAzure experience including Container Apps, Managed Identities, Azure PostgreSQL, and Service BusPostgreSQL administration including replication, indexing strategy, access management, and CDCCloudflare Workers, Zero Trust/Access, or edge caching strategiesCost optimization and FinOps practice Benefits: Global Career Evolution: Ready to grow fast and achieve your dreams?
