Senior Golang Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Golang Engineer to take ownership of a mature production software product that runs directly on customer devices. The role combines backend and system-level development with cross-platform support, troubleshooting, releases, and ongoing product improvements. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and improve the core application using Go.Develop and maintain REST APIs and background services.Contribute to the React and TypeScript frontend.Support cross-platform environments including macOS, Windows, and Linux ARM.Maintain CI/CD pipelines and cross-platform build processes.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.Work with OpenCV for image and screenshot analysis.Handle application packaging, releases, updates, and ongoing maintenance.Identify technical issues and implement reliable solutions.Take ownership of technical decisions and independently manage development tasks.Collaborate with the existing team during the initial handover and ensure continuity of the product.Requirements: Solid commercial experience with Go in production environments.Good knowledge of React and TypeScript.Experience with cross-platform software development.Experience working with REST APIs and background services.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI.Experience supporting and maintaining production software.Ability to work independently and take ownership of a mature software product.Experience working across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.Comfortable troubleshooting production issues and handling releases and updates.Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your development workflow.Nice to have: Experience with OpenCV.Experience with cgo.Experience with device-level or system-level software development.Experience with Linux ARM environments.Experience with application packaging and cross-platform distribution.Our offer: 100% remote positionAttractive compensation packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborate with top minds from around the globeBuild world-class digital products for European and US marketsLong-term B2B Contract
