FDE Lead
Lead technical client engagements and act as the primary technical point of contact.Own solution architecture, target-state design, technical decisions and trade-offs.Have strong hands-on full-stack development experience across frontend, backend and APIs.Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, cloud-native architecture, containers and Kubernetes.Strong AI/GenAI experience, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents and LLM APIs.Experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, distributed systems and enterprise integrations.Strong DevOps/DevSecOps skills including CI/CD, GitOps, Terraform/Ansible and observability.Experience taking solutions from discovery and architecture through development, deployment and production.Strong client/stakeholder management, communication, technical leadership and ability to work in ambiguous environments.Experience with security, scalability, reliability, testing, AI evaluation and production-quality engineering.FDE Support Engineer:
Strong hands-on software engineering experience, not an entry-level coding role.Strong full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.Experience with Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React or Angular.Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, cloud deployment, containers and Kubernetes.Strong AI/GenAI experience, including LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI agents.Experience with AI/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or AutoGen.Strong API/integration experience including REST/GraphQL, microservices and databases.Experience with CI/CD, Git, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing and observability.Ability to own assigned features/workstreams from development through testing, verification and release.Strong debugging, security, problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work closely with the FDE Lead and client teams.
