Your job:
Troubleshoot technical issues (2nd-level ticket)Resolve bugs by performing critical operational tasksAs part of a Scrum team, communicate issues to developers and report bugsRaise business-critical incidents both inside and outside the companyEnsure smooth coordination of issue handovers and deliveries between teamsMonitor infrastructure and systems using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Akamai, TrafficPeak, Tencent, Splunk, and LogicMonitorSupport deployments and automate processes during releasesContribute to site reliability engineering efforts to ensure high system performanceParticipate in an on-call rotation
Your qualification:
Knowledge of Linux shell commands, SSH, SFTP and/or Apache, Tomcat serversFamiliarity with common scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and PerlUnderstanding REST APIBasic knowledge of common web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, and CSSExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving and documentationAwareness of common security topics and best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
