Write and deploy production-quality JavaScript for front-end and back-end applications using frameworks such as ReactDevelop backend services and APIs in Go (Golang) to support the core data protection platformDeploy and operate a scalable Enterprise SaaS application on AWS, maintaining high availability and reliabilityManage the full application lifecycle, including code writing, automated testing, deployment, and on-call production supportApply software design patterns to solve complex engineering challengesCollaborate across multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environmentPartner with product teams to identify issues, propose solutions, and lead initiativesFoster team communication, collaboration, and provide mentorshipShare information clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersPlan, estimate, and manage delivery of medium to large tasksPrioritize work effectively and advocate for valuable engineering effortsUnderstand the team''s domain and its strategic business impact
