🚀 Software Engineer — AI / Distributed Systems I’m recruiting for a fast-growing tech startup building the next generation of AI infrastructure. The team is tackling highly ambitious technical challenges around distributed systems, agent orchestration, AI infrastructure, reliability, and scaling. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a highly technical international team and contribute directly to the foundations of the product. The role You’ll work on: Designing and building highly scalable distributed systemsAI agent orchestration and executionBuilding infrastructure capable of handling high volumes and complex workloadsPerformance, reliability, observability, and architectureMaking key technical decisions with a high level of ownership The environment is very engineering-driven: flat hierarchy, a lot of autonomy, and high standards for technical quality. The profile We’re looking for someone with: 5+ years of software engineering experienceStrong experience in backend / distributed systemsStrong knowledge of TypeScript / Node.js; experience with Go, Rust, or C++ is also relevantExperience building scalable and/or highly distributed systemsA strong interest in AI and agentic systemsThe ability to own complex technical challenges end-to-end Experience with AI infrastructure, LLMs, agentic systems, distributed computing, or developer infrastructure is a strong plus.
