Lead Electrical Engineer

Working on a large scale Pharmaceutical project. German speaking and ability to work on site is mandatory. This is a long term project (2028/2029) Owner’s Representative is to support the successful execution of the project by tracking key elements of project delivery, proactively identifying and highlighting critical issues to both Client and the EPCM, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions through challenge, review and oversight of EPCM deliverables. the Owner’s Representative will: Review EPCM Contractor and contractor documentation against project objectives, specifications and applicable regulations.Identify and manage key project risks, technical issues and interfaces.Support the client during key technical reviews and decision-making processes.Provide comments, recommendations and technical challenge to facilitate the Client’s review and approval process.Review detailed design deliverables from the EPCM and contractors.Manage technical and organisational interfaces between the various project stakeholders.Support utility, building and system integration activities.Monitor the effectiveness of construction supervision and site execution.Drive and monitor punch-list closure through Mechanical Completion (MC).Review commissioning documentation and support commissioning activities, including:Commissioning protocolsCTOPsVTOPsCommissioning test execution
