About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Tmoose. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated web applications that meet the highest standards of performance, accessibility, and user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in translating design and conceptual guidelines into responsive, accessible, and SEO-optimized frontends. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and clients to create seamless digital solutions that align with strategic goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in integrating headless CMS and backend services, ensuring maintainability and scalability of our solutions. Your innovative mindset will also contribute to incorporating AI-driven features and workflows, enhancing our product offerings. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with React, including familiarity with Next.js, and demonstrate a strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind. Practical knowledge of Micro-Frontends, Single Page Applications (SPAs), and component-based development using tools like Storybook is essential. You should have hands-on experience with Monorepo setups, modern build tools such as Vite and Turbo, as well as proficiency in Node.js, APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. A solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and performance optimization is required. Experience with AI tools in the development process, including LLM-based workflows and chat integrations, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and fluency in English. Responsibilities Architect and implement complex web applications, including Micro-Frontends, SPAs, and design system components.Translate design and concept specifications into high-performance, accessible frontends, collaborating with design and product teams to optimize user experience.Integrate headless CMS and backend services to create SEO-friendly, maintainable solutions.Define and uphold tooling standards such as Monorepo, Turbo, Vite, and Storybook, ensuring efficient workflows across projects.Incorporate AI technologies into development processes and product features, including AI-assisted workflows and chat integrations.Maintain awareness of accessibility, usability, and performance best practices, ensuring all deliverables meet industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client requirements and project timelines.Continuously explore emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance development practices and product capabilities.
