About the Opportunity: The Senior Software Engineer role on the AI Enabled Platforms team contributes to the development of a next-generation clinical data cloud platform. The position involves designing and developing core modules, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, and integrating AI capabilities responsibly into production systems. This role is pivotal in advancing the platform’s functionality and reliability, while mentoring team members and fostering collaboration across departments. 3. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and interactive web applicationsOwn and enhance core platform modules from concept through release and supportInfluence application and system architecture focusing on performance, reliability, security, and maintainabilityLead by producing clean, well-tested code and conducting design reviewsCollaborate with Product Management, QA, and engineering teams throughout the SDLCProvide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering colleaguesDiagnose and resolve complex production issues in distributed systemsEnsure solutions comply with quality standards and relevant industry regulationsContribute to technical documentation including design specifications, acceptance criteria, and release notes 4. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferredExpert proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET (MVC/Web APIs)3-5 years of experience in software design and development with the Microsoft technology stackStrong experience with full-stack web applications (Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practicesExperience with the full Software Development Lifecycle, preferably AgileAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, documentation, and technical leadership skillsHands-on experience integrating LLM-based AI services into applicationsExperience with Python and/or .NET in AI/LLM workflowsFamiliarity with agent-based or workflow-driven AI architectures is a plusUnderstanding of secure and responsible AI use in enterprise systems Optional but beneficial skills: Strong SQL expertise, preferably Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with microservices, distributed systems, and AWS cloud platformKnowledge of secure development practicesExperience with clinical trial data or regulated SaaS environmentsExperience building data visualizations or analytics-driven user experiences 5.
