Senior Process Engineer - Photonics

You will work on the full product lifecycle, from concept development, through design, prototyping, validation, to industrialization and market introduction of advanced fiber optic and photonic products. Your task will be to collaborate with global R&D, quality, supply chain, and production teams to deliver high-performance optical solutions for demanding applications. Your tasks Leading projects related to the design, development, and industrialization of photonic products from the concept stage to production implementationDeveloping and optimizing optical, optomechanical, and production processes for fiber optic components and assembliesUtilizing engineering and statistical methods such as DoE, Six Sigma, FMEA, or process capability analysis to improve products and processesInvestigating and evaluating new photonic technologies, optical materials, and production methods through testing and laboratory analysisMonitoring technological trends and identifying opportunities for innovation and intellectual property developmentCollaborating with international engineering, quality, production, and supply chain teams to create scalable technical solutions Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, optoelectronics, photonics, or related technical fieldsHigher education in photonics or a related fieldPractical knowledge of issues related to photonics, fiber optics, optical communication systems, and optoelectronic devicesExperience working with measurement equipment used in optical technologies, such as interferometers, optical power meters, microscopes, or vision systemsAbility to analyze technical data and apply problem-solving and statistical analysis tools such as DoE, JMP, Minitab, or FMEAVery good command of English (minimum B2 level) and PolishWillingness to work in a hybrid model from the client's office in Stryków Job no.
