About The Role We are currently seeking a highly skilled SC Cleared Senior Full Stack Developer to join our client's engineering team on a remote basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the development, enhancement, and operational stability of critical platform services. The successful candidate will act as a technical leader, guiding development efforts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering high-quality solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in full stack development, particularly within cloud environments. Candidates should have experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices, with a solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS. Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization tools like Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is also required. Additionally, familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, adherence to SOLID principles, and secure coding practices are essential. Prior experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers will be highly advantageous. Candidates must hold an active SC clearance to be eligible for this role. Responsibilities The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications using C#, .NET, React, Vue.js, and REST APIs. They will design and implement microservice-based solutions within cloud environments, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient system architecture. The role involves leading the delivery of complex development packages, managing software change processes, and conducting thorough code reviews to uphold engineering standards. Supporting solution design and technical architecture decisions is crucial to align with business objectives. The developer will develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, foster DevOps practices, and promote automation. Mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and facilitating knowledge sharing within Agile teams are key aspects of this role. The candidate will also investigate and resolve intricate application and platform issues, supporting operational resilience, incident management, and continuous service improvement initiatives to ensure high system availability and performance.
