Our client a growing property development specialist operating across London and the South-East, specialising in residential and commercial schemes, is looking for a Graduate with a land based degree to join their team. You will help in identifying, acquiring and bringing forward land with strong development potential. We work closely with landowners, agents, local authorities and partners to turn sites into high-quality The Graduate Land Buyer Opportunity As a Graduate Land Buyer, you'll work alongside our leadership on the full acquisition process: sourcing sites, building relationships with landowners and agents, assessing planning potential, carrying out site appraisals and helping negotiate deals. You'll get genuine responsibility early on, direct exposure to senior decision-making, and a clear path to progress as you develop. We're looking for people who are curious, personable and driven, who enjoy getting out, meeting people and spotting potential where others might not.
