What You’ll Do
Lead the technical design, development, testing, and code review of System Integrator-owned integrations and custom adaptersEnsure technical consistency and design coherence across all assigned project deliverablesEnforce established architecture, security, integration, data, engineering, deployment, and operational-readiness standardsLead technical reviews and identify cross-system dependencies, delivery risks, and integration gapsProvide hands-on support for complex integration development and troubleshootingDirect Calypso Upgrade Pack standard deployments and related release activitiesManage Calypso environments across development, testing, and productionSupport Calypso CDUF integrations, scheduled tasks, and Task Station escalationsOversee API-led integrations using Azure API ManagementDesign and implement messaging solutions using Azure Service BusEstablish integration patterns for message queuing, error handling, retry processing, monitoring, and centralized loggingOptimize database performance using advanced SQL and support database-related troubleshootingManage system security, access controls, and technical permissionsIdentify and resolve infrastructure and application-performance bottlenecksSupport CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practicesCreate and maintain technical runbooks, operational guides, deployment plans, and support documentationLead knowledge-transfer activities for client IT and production-support teamsCoordinate technical teams and communicate complex issues clearly to project stakeholders
What You Bring
Extensive, senior-level experience in financial-systems development, product integration, and infrastructure managementSignificant hands-on experience with Calypso implementations and technical integrationsExpert-level Java programming skillsAdvanced SQL development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting experienceDeep knowledge of the Calypso API and Custom Development Utility FrameworkExperience managing Calypso environments across development, testing, and productionExperience with Calypso deployments, scheduled tasks, and Task Station issue resolutionStrong experience with Azure integration technologies, including Azure Service Bus and Azure API ManagementExperience designing API-led connectivity and asynchronous messaging solutionsKnowledge of error-handling, retry, logging, and monitoring patterns for enterprise integrationsExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of DevOps practices and automated deployment processesExperience with system security, access controls, and infrastructure troubleshootingDemonstrated ability to lead technical projects, coordinate engineering teams, and manage technical dependenciesStrong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsExcellent technical communication and documentation skills

Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $135–145/hr USD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable.
