Description
We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer with strong client-facing experience in designing, developing, and deploying Appian-based applications.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in low-code automation, enterprise architecture, and workflow solutions, along with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
4-8 years of client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian based applicationsWorking knowledge of relevant automation and low-code trends, standards, practicesUnderstanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management.Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., language -Java)Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platformsExperience leading teams and coaching junior staffAbility to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions.Industry experience in Financial Services preferred but not requiredAbility to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Developer Certification(s) to credentials your Appian experience, along with the motivation to keep learning moreAbility to lead multiple engagements concurrentlyGood interpersonal and communication skills.
