Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk

A high-growth technology and infrastructure business is expanding its Risk & Compliance function and is looking for a Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk to help shape and scale its enterprise risk framework globally. This is a senior, high-impact role partnering closely with Executive leadership and the Board across a rapidly evolving international business spanning AI, data centres, technology and infrastructure. The Role • Own and continuously uplift the enterprise risk management framework • Lead enterprise risk assessments, taxonomy, risk registers and KRI development • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, assess and manage emerging and material risks • Provide second-line risk challenge across Operations, Finance, Technology and other functions • Lead Board and Audit & Risk Committee reporting • Help build scalable risk governance, processes and GRC capabilities • Drive the use of technology and AI to make risk management more effective and data-driven Desired Qualifications • Background in complex environments such as technology, infrastructure, energy or data centres (must have) • 8+ years' experience across enterprise risk, operational risk, internal audit or governance • Strong experience owning and uplifting an enterprise risk framework • Experience with GRC platforms, technology risk, cyber, AI risk and data governance • Proven Board and Executive-level reporting experience • Comfortable building frameworks and processes in fast-moving, scaling organisations • Strong commercial mindset and ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively
