Tech Lead / Technical Architect

Tech Lead / Architect – Ecommerce Platforms - Sitecore We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Technical Architect to join a leading international entertainment and leisure organisation, taking a key role across its digital and customer technology landscape. This is a senior, hands-on position spanning technology strategy, architecture and engineering, with responsibility for helping shape the future direction of web, apps, customer and marketing platforms. You will work closely with product teams, technology leadership and strategic engineering partners to define architecture, establish engineering principles and ensure solutions are scalable, resilient and cloud-first. Key experience: Strong background in digital and customer platform architectureEnterprise Sitecore experience, ideally including modern/headless implementationsStrong understanding of modern web architecture and technologies such as .NET, React, Next.jsAzure and cloud infrastructure experienceStrong DevOps, CI/CD and engineering best-practice knowledgeExperience working with and challenging third-party engineering partners and vendorsExperience owning technical roadmaps and making architecture decisionsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate across senior leadership, product and engineering teamsAbility to remain technically hands-on while operating at a strategic level This is an opportunity to join a highly visible digital environment and influence technology decisions across large-scale, consumer-facing platforms. Location: Shepherd’s Bush, London – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote Rate: £650 per day – Outside IR35 Duration: 3-month initial contract
