Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead

The Role Guide the design, modernization, and operational reliability of large-scale technology platforms. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, including conducting code reviews and supporting career development. Drive large-scale application and infrastructure modernization initiatives, migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures. Own reliability engineering practices, including SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and on-call rotations. Architect and implement solutions across AWS and Azure, focusing on multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments. Embed security-by-design principles into architecture and development lifecycles. What You'll Need 8+ years of professional software/systems engineering experience, including technical team lead capacity. Demonstrated success leading large-scale modernization and transformation programs. Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles. Hands-on expertise across AWS and Azure, including multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architecture. Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and familiarity with security testing tools like Veracode.
