Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of complex software systems, applications and APIs, ensuring high-quality, scalable and maintainable solutions.Take ownership of the organisation's core systems platform, driving continuous improvement, performance optimisation, security enhancements and ongoing system reliability.Design and implement integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms, enabling seamless data flow and supporting business-critical processes.Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions and deliver outcomes that align with organisational objectives.Provide technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring and the promotion of development best practices across the team.Contribute to the organisation's long-term technology strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, modernisation and continuous improvement across systems and platforms. About you Strong experience in software development, including C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies (HTML/CSS and frameworks).Experience working with databases and cloud technologies, including SQL Server, MariaDB/MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Azure services such as Logic Apps, Power Automate, or Azure Functions.Experience with Git, CI/CD systems, and building scalable, integrated software solutions.Proven ability to work collaboratively with international teams and stakeholders, building strong working relationships across technical and business groups.A proactive, analytical, and solution-focused mindset with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
