Salesforce sits at the centre of that. Sales, Service and Experience Cloud underpin how we sell, how we look after customers after the sale, and how our showrooms work day to day. You will design, build and configure the solutions that run on it. You will contribute to solution design, deliver end-to-end implementations, integrate with third-party and internal systems, and help shape the development standards the broader team works to — alongside the Head of Salesforce, product owners and business stakeholders who will tell you what they need rather than hand you a ticket. What You Will Own Development & Configuration Build and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and the declarative toolset — configuration-first, scalable, secure and well-governed. Solution Design Shape high-performance solutions with the Head of Salesforce and the wider IT team, so architecture decisions are sound now and still sound in three years. Implementation & Integration Deliver end-to-end implementations, including integrations with third-party and internal systems via MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs, so data moves cleanly across our global platforms. Platform Health & Governance Keep the platform reliable, performant, secure and compliant with our data governance policies — and lift technical quality through code reviews and development standards. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Translate real business needs into scalable solutions, document what you build, and share what you know so best practice is lived rather than filed. Who You Are A technically strong Salesforce Engineer who cares about doing the work well — looking for somewhere that holds you to that standard rather than rushing you past it. 5+ years in Salesforce development, configuration and implementation, ideally in a complex multi-cloud environmentSolid working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and core platform capabilitiesProficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL and REST/SOAP APIsSalesforce DevOps experience — CI/CD, Git, SFDX and automated deploymentHands-on integration experience with middleware such as MuleSoftStrong grasp of Salesforce security, data modelling, sharing rules and performance optimisationA track record of delivering Salesforce projects end to endStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with technical and non-technical stakeholders alikePlatform Developer I / II or Administrator certification is highly regarded AI at King Living King Living is actively embracing AI across the business to remove friction and accelerate decision making.
