Enterprise AI Architect | AI-Native Engineering & Operations Eligibility: USA Citizens / USA-based candidates only Location: USA Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead AI-driven transformation across Application Development (AD) and Application Maintenance Services (AMS), building governed, agent-enabled and scalable engineering operations. Key Responsibilities Define Enterprise AI strategy, architecture and maturity roadmap for AD/AMS.Design shared AI foundations covering Knowledge, RAG, AI Agents, MCP and Governance.Establish standards for AI harnesses, prompts, skills and multi-agent architectures.Integrate AI agents with enterprise engineering and operational platforms.Drive AI-enabled CI/CD, testing, observability and closed-loop operations.Define Responsible AI, security, risk controls and human-in-the-loop governance. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years in technology, engineering, architecture or transformation roles.8+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation or Engineering Platforms.Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling and multi-agent orchestration.Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Devin, LangGraph, ADK or Semantic Kernel.Strong understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Observability and SRE.Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional AI or technology transformation initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GCP Vertex AI / Gemini; Azure AI or AWS Bedrock is a plus.Experience in Telecom, BFSI or other regulated industries.Relevant Cloud, AI, Security or SRE certifications are a plus.
