This team develops sophisticated tools for storefront management, pricing, and inventory control, supporting thousands of sellers worldwide. What you'll do: Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions. Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations, ensuring architectural integrity and reliability. Drive operational excellence through technical guidance, code reviews, and strategic architectural decisions. Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices to ensure resilient, observable, and performant services. Mentor engineers across teams, fostering continuous learning and high standards in design and delivery. Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and improve engineering velocity. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Proven expertise in designing and developing cloud-native, AI-powered systems integrating advanced AI/ML components. Strong proficiency in software security, continuous development, and operational due diligence to ensure resilient, performant services. Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle, championing DevOps and CI/CD best practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on platform design, debugging, and continuous improvement. Effective coaching and mentoring capabilities to foster engineering excellence and innovation. Adaptability to change with sound technical judgment and collaborative communication across teams. The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
