Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and build scalable, high-performing applications that support complex, business-critical and transactional platforms. You will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop modern user experiences, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Must-Have Qualifications 5–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in:Front-End Development: Proficiency in Angular, React, or similar frameworks for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.Back-End Development: Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) OR Python with FastAPI for developing scalable, high-performance services.Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices architectures.Strong understanding of:RDBMS: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.NoSQL: MongoDB, ELK, or similar technologies.Experience with messaging platforms such as Solace, MQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including:CI/CD pipelines.Infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible scripts and HELM charts.Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Ability and willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior developers, promoting engineering best practices.Experience building and supporting transactional and financial systems. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with Python web frameworks, such as Flask or Django, for lightweight web development.Domain expertise in SWIFT Payments and ISO 20022 standards.Experience with payment-processing applications, such as:Payment HubsWire EngineWire RoomSimilar payment platformsKnowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and distributed systems.Experience integrating security protocols, such as JWT and OAuth, into applications.Exposure to event-driven architectures and distributed systems. Additional Information Pay Range: $115,000 - $145,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
