We're recruiting for a seed-stage startup in Los Angeles that is industrializing advanced composite materials for defense and aerospace customers.
They combine AI software, robotics and their own manufacturing, and they're hiring 3 to 4 founding software engineers to build the core operating system for the factory from scratch.
No legacy code, no ticket queue.
The software is the moat here, not an internal tool bolted on later.
What you'll work on
The factory operating system: supply chain, quoting, pricing, inventory and operational flow, from raw material to finished partA simulation layer that trains models on factory floor data to predict how parts behave in the real worldFactory automation: ingesting real-time telemetry from equipment, orchestrating robotics and running a 24/7 digital twin of the lineBackend systems and data models that mirror the physical world (think Palantir-style ontology for a factory)
What they're looking for
2+ years shipping production software as a full-stack or product engineer.
TypeScript on the frontend, Python or Go on the backend.
Full-stack is a must.Real startup experience.
