Description

We are looking for a skilled .NET Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, enhancement and support of modern applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core, along with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, secure application development and modern software engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core and modern web technologies.Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs, including authentication and authorization using JWT/OAuth and appropriate CORS configuration.Write clean, maintainable and secure code following OOP, SOLID principles and established design patterns.Work with Entity Framework Core or Dapper for data access and database integration.Apply Dependency Injection and modern .NET development practices.Follow secure coding standards and demonstrate awareness of the OWASP Top 10.Participate across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment and maintenance.Provide application support, troubleshooting and production issue resolution.Collaborate with developers, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and adoption of better engineering practices. Key Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience with .NET and C#.Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web APIs and RESTful services.Experience with JWT or OAuth authentication and CORS.Strong understanding of OOP/OOPS concepts and Entity Relationship Management.Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper.Good understanding of Dependency Injection and SOLID principles.Working knowledge of design patterns and secure coding practices.Understanding of OWASP Top 10.Experience across the SDLC and application support/development.Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.A proactive attitude towards learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
