About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain server and mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ship new features and improve development efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOSDesign, develop, and maintain server applications using C# .NET, Java, and other technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresPlan, execute, and manage development tasks; create storyboardsUnit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliabilityMaintain and optimize existing systems; resolve issues during server operationSupervise entry-level developers and review their workManage mid-to-low-scale development projects and schedulesEvaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiencyMaintain development infrastructure, including build systems, deployment pipelines, and dev/test environments
What You'll Need
At least 3 years of software development experienceMobile (Android/iOS) app development and/or .NET development experienceBasic knowledge of the .NET framework, C#, and SQL ServerBilingual in English and KoreanStrong team player with individual accountability
Nice to Have
