Senior Digital Project Manager

We’re partnering with an independent eCommerce agency specialising in Shopify in Sydney to find a Project & Delivery Lead with strong Shopify experience. This is a senior delivery role sitting across the studio, helping make sure projects and retainers are properly planned, resourced and delivered. You’ll have visibility across multiple workstreams and keep a close eye on scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing and overall delivery health. You’ll also work closely with Client Success, Design and Engineering, support the wider delivery team and help improve how work gets delivered across the agency. What you’ll be doing Overseeing delivery across multiple eCommerce projects and retainersManaging resourcing, capacity planning and forecastingKeeping projects on track across timelines, budgets, scope and profitabilitySpotting risks, blockers and delivery issues earlySupporting and coaching Project Managers and client-facing teamsImproving delivery processes, planning and reportingWorking closely with Design, Engineering and Client SuccessSupporting scoping, feasibility and pre-sales where needed What we’re looking for Strong eCommerce agency delivery experienceHands-on experience delivering Shopify or Shopify Plus projectsExperience managing complex projects and cross-functional teamsStrong commercial awareness across budgets, scope and profitabilityExperience with resource planning, forecasting and utilisationConfident client and stakeholder communicationStrong problem-solving and organisational skills The setup 📍 Sydney 💻 Hybrid 🛍️ Shopify + eCommerce 🤝 Senior role with real influence across delivery If you’ve worked in eCommerce, Shopify or web agency delivery and are ready to step into broader studio-level ownership, we’d love to hear from you.
