Application Developer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, including requirements refinement, technical design, development, and deployment planning. • Build high-quality, production-ready software by leveraging established design patterns, coding standards, and automating test coverage. • Strengthen platform reliability through on-call support, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and improving operational KPIs. • Drive solution design and development for strategic initiatives and operational improvements across IT and business units. • Improve platform health through strong engineering practices and operational excellence. What You'll Need • 4-10 years of professional industry experience in software development. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 2+ years of technical leadership experience, potentially leading teams of four or more software developers. • Advanced experience with relevant platforms, including established APIs and key system components. • Strong experience with integration and data transport patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, bulk data, coupled/decoupled). • Demonstrated ability to mentor other developers and influence cross-functional partners.
