We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a development squad delivering on a large-scale government services platform — the backend system supporting case workers across case intake, financial support, and user management.The role sits primarily on Service Cloud, with heavy use of OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards), Apex, Flows, and platform configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver assigned Jira tickets within a development squad, working to sprint cadenceBuild and maintain OmniStudio artifacts — OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration ProceduresDevelop Apex classes/triggers to support business logic and integrationsConfigure the Salesforce platform (objects, flows, permissions, page layouts, etc.)Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) when a use case requires custom UI beyond standard configuration (occasional, not primary)Partner with solution architects to identify gaps in overall solution design and contribute to solutioningCreate support case intake, financial support, and user-management workflows on a largecitizen/worker-facing service platformParticipate in code review, testing, and deployment activities as part of the squad
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years development experience can sufficeExtensive knowledge of Salesforce Service CloudProven OmniStudio development experience (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)Strong Apex development skills (classes, triggers, testing)Solid Salesforce platform configuration experience (Flows, permission sets, page layouts, etc.)Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) — not primary, but able to step in when neededExperience working in agile/squad-based delivery, managing Jira-tracked work
