The Role
Be a subject matter expert in underlying technologies, providing detailed technical support for developers.
Contribute to modernising DevOps practices through automation and AI-assisted engineering capabilities.
Design, implement, and lead CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform).
Develop and maintain containerised applications (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS) and implement cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Mentor and guide team members, driving POCs and onboarding new tools, including AI-assisted development and intelligent automation.
What You'll Need
Strong hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
Expertise with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred), Ansible, Terraform, and YAML-based pipelines.
Proficient in AWS cloud infrastructure and scripting (Shell/PowerShell, Python advantageous).
Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and troubleshooting across development, testing, and production environments.
Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL optimisation, familiarity with Control-M or scheduling tools, and experience in financial services environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to AI/ML-powered tooling in software engineering or DevOps workflows.
