Senior Salesforce Developers – Federal Government
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract: 12 months + 2 x 12-month extension options
Start: December 2026
Clearance: Current NV1 required

Bridge IT is seeking numerous Senior Salesforce Developers to support a major Federal Government department delivering and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications.
You will work within an established project delivery team alongside Solution Leads, Business Analysts, Testers and Release Management, delivering Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while following Salesforce development and configuration best practices.
Key responsibilities
Design, configure and develop enterprise Salesforce solutions.Configure Custom Objects, Flows, Permission Sets, sharing settings and other Salesforce functionality.Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Aura, JavaScript, CSS and HTML.Support testing, release management and deployments through DevOps pipelines.Troubleshoot development and configuration issues.Produce technical, solution and design documentation.
Essential requirements
You will need:
3+ years' Salesforce development experienceExperience designing and delivering enterprise-level integrated Salesforce solutionsStrong experience across Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Aura, JavaScript, CSS and HTMLExperience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience CloudStrong version control and CI/CD experienceSalesforce Platform Developer I certificationOmniStudio Developer or Consultant certificationA current active NV1 security clearance
Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect, Public Sector Solutions or Data Cloud Consultant will be highly regarded.
