Full Stack Developer

Position Overview We are seeking a Developer to join our team. In this role, you will bring creative ideas to life by building high-quality, responsive, accessible, and reliable digital experiences. You will work closely with Creative, UX, Project Management, Account, Strategy, Editorial, and other teams to translate designs and requirements into digital solutions that perform as intended. To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You understand the purpose behind what you build, anticipate technical challenges, and recommend practical solutions that balance user experience, performance, feasibility, timing, and quality. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and take ownership of your work from development through launch. This is a development-first role that requires strong engineering fundamentals. AI tooling is used here to accelerate proven engineering practice, not to substitute for understanding the code you ship. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, accessible, and reliable digital experiences based on approved designs, requirements, and technical specifications.Translate UX and creative designs into accurate, functional experiences while maintaining the intent and quality of the work.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that follows established development standards and best practices.Use AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly, applying the same standards of review, testing, and documentation to AI-generated code as to code written by hand.Take full ownership of all code submitted for review, regardless of how it was produced, and be able to explain, debug, and maintain it.Build with performance, usability, accessibility, security, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility in mind.Review project requirements and designs before development begins, proactively identifying technical dependencies, risks, assumptions, and opportunities.Provide informed input on technical feasibility, development approach, level of effort, and timing.Test and troubleshoot work thoroughly before formal QA and resolve defects efficiently, addressing root causes when possible.Follow established code review, version control, documentation, deployment, and quality-control processes.Perform all work through version control and the established deployment pipeline. Direct edits to staging or production environments are not permitted.[C3]Maintain small, well-described, reviewable commits so that every change remains traceable, auditable, and reversible.Partner with QA and project teams to prioritize, resolve, and verify technical issues through completion.Collaborate with Creative, UX, Project Management, Account, Strategy, Editorial, and other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical team members and raise risks early with recommended solutions.Integrate approved third-party services, APIs, analytics, tagging, and other technologies as required by the assignment.Provide realistic development estimates and communicate changes, dependencies, or blockers that could affect scope or timing.Support launches and troubleshoot production issues to ensure digital experiences continue to perform as expected.Contribute reusable components, documentation, technical standards, and process improvements that increase development quality, consistency, and efficiency.Stay current on relevant technologies, accessibility practices, platform requirements, and evolving digital standards.Use only agency- and client-approved AI tooling, and never expose client code, unpublished content, regulated copy, or confidential data to unapproved services.Work within medical, legal, and regulatory review cycles, including the handling of ISI and safety content, approved claims copy, and change-control requirements.Follow established agency and client processes required for work within the regulated pharmaceutical and healthcare environment. The Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Interactive Media, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Professional experience developing digital experiences within an agency or similarly fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong knowledge of front-end technologies and practices, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive developmentStrong, daily working command of Git, including feature branching, pull requests, meaningful commit messages, code review, conflict resolution, tagging, and rollback. Comfortable working in a shared repository alongside multiple contributors.Able to read, debug, and reason about unfamiliar code, including code they did not write.Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, used within a version-controlled and peer-reviewed workflow.Sound judgment about where AI accelerates delivery and where it introduces risk, together with the fundamentals to tell the difference.Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), browser compatibility, performance optimization, debugging, testing, and QA practices.Ability to interpret designs, UX specifications, functional requirements, and documentation translating them into high-quality digital experiences.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate technical challenges and develop practical solutions.Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical colleagues.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities while meeting agreed deadlines.Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Curious and committed to continuous learning as technologies and digital standards evolve.Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus.
