Job Title: Senior SAP Basis & Security Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC 28217 (Fully On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time, Contract Pay: $70.00 / hour (W2, Weekly Pay) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST About the Role We are seeking a Senior SAP Security & GRC Specialist to take hands-on ownership of security design, access governance, and change controls for a large enterprise environment in Charlotte, NC. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This is a highly specialized application-layer ERP role requiring deep expertise in SAP PFCG role design, SAP GRC, and RevTrac. Partner with business units to align access models with Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.SAP GRC Administration: Serve as the primary administrative resource for SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM/Firefighter) and manage complex MSMP workflows.Transport & Change Control: Independently manage and standardize SAP transport and change management procedures utilizing RevTrac.Audit Readiness: Develop, organize, and maintain technical documentation and evidence required for strict internal and external ITGC audits. Required Qualifications 5+ years of dedicated experience supporting enterprise SAP Security architecture and role design (SU01, SU10, PFCG, SU53).Hands-on administrative experience configuring and maintaining SAP GRC Access Control modules.Direct experience managing SAP transport-control and change management procedures using RevTrac.Demonstrated ability to perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis, remediation, and mitigation.Proven experience preparing technical evidence and walkthroughs for ITGC audits.Excellent communication skills to bridge technical execution with business stakeholder requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
