DevOps Engineering Lead

You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As the DevOps Engineering Lead, you will lead ACC's DevOps Centre of Excellence and champion DevOps practices, ways of working, and culture across the organisation. You will provide people leadership to a high-performing team while setting the strategic direction of the DevOps toolchain, enabling Agile Release Trains and technology teams to deliver value faster, safer and more efficiently. This is a highly influential leadership role where you'll work closely with architects, product teams, security specialists and senior stakeholders to improve enterprise technology delivery, drive DevSecOps adoption, foster innovation, and contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The appointing salary for this role is $146,436 - $195,248 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
