The role
Join the Crown Lands Telecommunications team and play an important role in supporting the management of Crown land used for communication infrastructure across NSW.
You'll work with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to provide advice, coordinate tenure administration, undertake land status searches and help ensure accurate land information supports sound decision-making.
This is a varied role that combines project administration, customer service and stakeholder engagement.
You'll be responsible for managing competing priorities, resolving enquiries, preparing reports and documentation, and helping clients navigate Crown land occupation and tenure processes in a timely and professional manner.

What you will bring to the role
Strong administration, customer service or project support experience, with the ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a busy environment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with clients, stakeholders and colleagues while delivering a positive customer experience.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with the ability to analyse information, solve problems and confidently navigate new processes and challenges.A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to teamwork, customer service and delivering great outcomes for the community and stakeholders.Experience in government, property, land administration or a related field is welcomed, but not essential.
