Staff Software Engineer, Server Infrastructure & Automation (Remote with Quarterly Travel to Fort Worth TX or Topeka KS) Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer – Server Infrastructure & Automation to help modernize and automate enterprise data center infrastructure. This role will focus heavily on infrastructure automation and software engineering, with approximately 80% of the work centered around automation and 10–20% focused on physical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will understand server infrastructure at a deep technical level while using Python, Ansible, and software engineering practices to automate provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, ticketing, and lifecycle management.
