This includes providing sustained support for the ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the systems, subsystems, databases, and web services within the framework. The objective extends to delivering innovative solutions, utilizing a test-driven approach, ensuring the development and implementation of highly effective applications meet the evolving needs of ICE. Responsibilities: The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications and services. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end application componentsDevelop responsive user interfaces using Angular, AngularJS, Material UI, CSS, and JavaScript frameworksDesign and develop RESTful and SOAP-based APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, and JSONDevelop and maintain data models, database queries, stored procedures, and batch processing solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, and NoSQL technologiesDevelop and maintain AWS-based application services and integrations utilizing SQS, SNS, and other cloud-native servicesBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment processesParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCollaborate with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutionsSupport application modernization efforts, including migration from AngularJS to AngularImplement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms utilizing JWT and role-based access controlsManage source code repositories and configuration management processes using Git and GitHubDevelop and maintain reusable UI components using StorybookTroubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsSupport all aspects of configuration management, change control, and release management Required Experience in years: 8 or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment Technical Experience Front-End Development Experience designing and developing applications using Angular, AngularJS, Material UI, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSSExperience with front-end build tools including Webpack and NPMExperience migrating applications from AngularJS to AngularExperience developing reusable UI components using StorybookExperience implementing responsive web design supporting multiple browsers including Chrome and EdgeExperience implementing web security and role-based access controls using JSON Web Tokens (JWT) Back-End Development Experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring BootExperience implementing MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture patternsExperience designing and developing REST, SOAP, and JSON-based APIsExperience developing and managing database schemas and migrations using LiquibaseExperience writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL queries, stored procedures, and batch processing jobsExperience utilizing AWS cloud services including SQS, SNS, and related technologies DevSecOps and Agile Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline toolsExperience using Git, GitHub, Jira, and automated testing frameworksExperience with Agile software development practices including build automation, testing automation, pair programming, and code managementExperience supporting configuration management and software release processes Education Requirements: BS Preferred Certification Requirements: AWS / AZURE Certification (Preferred)
