Senior Full Stack Engineer

Permanent Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting high-quality applications and systems. You’ll be hands-on across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and coding through to testing, documentation, refactoring, maintenance, and ongoing support. As a senior member of the team, you’ll work closely with Staff and Principal Engineers to shape technical solutions and drive delivery. You’ll also be a technical leader within the team, sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and helping others grow their skills and confidence. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play an important role in shaping our architecture and development practices, helping modernise applications, introducing better ways of working, and building capability across the wider team. What are we looking for? Solid experience designing and building systems on the Microsoft .Net stack in C#Experience building user interfaces ideally with modern front-end frameworks and languages such as React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.Knowledge and experience with a variety of persistence technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, Key-Value, e.g. SQL Server, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.Practical experience with a variety of system architectures such as monolithic, distributed, microservice, serverless, cloud-native, RESTful APIs, etc.Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and ContainersExperience in DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus DeployAbility to collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and meet them through well designed programsDemonstrated ability to identify and troubleshoot issuesStrong analytical skills, fast learner and drive to actionAbility to write clear and detailed technical documentationEnthusiastic about knowledge sharing and mentoring others Our Promise to Our People Benefits We are passionate about our core values of Customer First, We Care, One Team, and Results Driven, which define how we approach our work.
