Working Student AI Engineer - Agents and Multi-Agent Systems

About the Role At AI Phase, we are looking for a Working Student to join our team and work hands-on on ambitious AI projects for large enterprise customers. You’ll work directly with our AI team and our customers to design and build production-ready Agentic AI systems from architecture and prototypes to implementation and deployment. This is not a role where you’ll just observe or work on isolated student tasks. You’ll contribute directly to real customer projects, take ownership of technical components, and see the systems you build being used in practice.
