Portfolio Development Manager, Soy Research Triangle Park, NC We are looking for a Portfolio Development Manager, Soy to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Portfolio Development Manager, Soy owns the development and implementation of portfolio plans for assigned soy, corn, and cotton products across Drive Countries. This role coordinates product positioning, claims, registration support, launch preparation, forecasting input, licensing opportunities, and life-cycle activities in alignment with the global Crop System strategy. As a Portfolio Development Manager, Soy, you create chemistry by... Owning and implementing portfolio and product plans for assigned Soy Crop System products across Drive Countries, translating global strategy into positioning and market-specific development priorities. Leading defined end-to-end product development and launch workstreams, coordinating target product profile, dossier and label support, value proposition, and launch toolbox with relevant functions and countries. Developing cross-functional portfolio recommendations by combining market, customer, competitor, technical, regulatory, and P&L inputs into practical decisions within established strategy. Owning life-cycle management plans for assigned products, coordinating re-registration, label extensions, active-ingredient defense, and risk mitigation. Leading collaboration across Drive Countries and functions, aligning product messaging and positioning and ensuring agreed deliverables are completed. Contributing expertise and continuous improvement, coaching colleagues and improving portfolio tools and processes If you... Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in crop protection, strategic marketing, product management, product development, or a related agricultural business function. Have demonstrated ownership of product or portfolio plans, cross-functional projects, launches, or life-cycle initiatives. Have demonstrated ability to work independently, organize resources and timelines, and influence stakeholders across functions or regions. Have experience with registration support, product positioning, launch preparation, or third-party portfolio opportunities, preferred. Possess advanced product and portfolio management knowledge across development, positioning, claims, and life-cycle management. Have strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate market, technical, and regulatory information into practical recommendations. Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
