Test Engineer x 2 - Learn Automation - New Roles Location is Bath. 2 days per week. A leading software house/consultancy in Bath requires a number of Test Engineers to join its growing team. Suitable candidates will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to enhance testing capabilities and support the continuous delivery of high-quality solutions for customers. You will have: Strong experience in software testing, preferably focused on web front-end and web applicationsIdeally, some experience of UI and Web Service/API test automationSome experience of automating complex web user interfacesFamiliarity with tools such as Postman, ReadyAPI, or Swagger for API/Web Service testingHands-on experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and/or ApplitoolsSolid understanding of test design and requirements analysisProficient in writing and executing SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL ServerMethodical, pragmatic approach to testing, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end software delivery lifecycleExcellent command of English, both written and spokenAny experience of Python would be useful/beneficial.
