Junior Full Stack Developer

Junior Full Stack Developer Contract Duration: 1 Year Work Location: Plano, TX. Need local candidates only Work Type: Onsite Bilingual: Korean-English preferred Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience or exposure to front-end and back-end development, databases, AI/LLM technologies, RPA, UI/UX, and DevOps. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who can work across Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Python.Build front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.Support AI/LLM feature integration and implementation.Develop and maintain RPA workflows for business process automation.Design and maintain relational databases and SQL queries.Collaborate with teams to develop user-friendly UI/UX.Write unit and integration tests.Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.Deploy and troubleshoot applications on Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server.Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint activities.Document technical processes, code changes, and configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Working knowledge of Java and Python.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Exposure to React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.Understanding of RESTful APIs.Foundational knowledge of AI/LLM concepts.Understanding of RDB, SQL, and database schema design.Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization.Experience with or exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Brity Works.Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server.Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Willingness to learn new technologies.Performance Expectations Develop scalable and maintainable application components.Create interactive wireframes and prototypes when required.Build responsive and accessible interfaces.Support UX research and usability testing.Improve application performance and user experience.Preferred Qualification English-Korean bilingual communication skills.
